Introduction

The Director, Jo Kerley outlines in this document how governance of the New Skill Centre will be discharged. Good governance is essential to the successful running of the New Skill Centre and this document will outline how this will work.

As part of the new structure, the proprietor has established the New Skill Centre Advisory Board to provide expertise to assist us in running and organising the school. The Advisory Board consists of independent members, with experience and expertise relevant to the sector. Full details of the remit of the advisory board are set out in this document. This document will be continually monitored and developed, as may be required.
